The Residence 'Hameaux des Lacs' consists of 107 chalets spread over an 7.5 hectare wooded area. You can choose between a cottage atop a hill overlooking the lake, or in a shaded environment.
Les Hameaux des Lacs offers two types of chalets: 105 cottages for up to 6 persons and 8 cottages accessibles for persons with reduced mobility, for up to 4 persons.

The chalets for 6 persons include a living room with a dining area and a sofa bed for 2 persons, a kitchenette (with electric hotplates, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, exhaust hood and dishwasher), a master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 3 single beds (80×190, two bunked and one pullout bed – the 2 bottom beds can be arranged as a double bed), a bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate WC and a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 persons. TV and air conditioning are available with extra charge.

The chalets for 4 persons (accessibles for PRM) include a dining room, a kitchenette (with electric hotplates, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, exhaust hood and dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, and a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture. TV and air conditioning are available with extra charge.

- Cleaning service: Before your departure, you are required to return the cottage clean, cleaning done. Otherwise, the residence retains the right to charge a cleaning fee amounting to 55 EUR.

The Monclar de Quercy outdoor recreation center is located on a 130-acre property with 3 lakes. The bathing lake boasts beaches, sun decks, a water slide, and a decorative waterfall. Right next to the lake there are 2 outdoor swimming pools, one with water slides, and one indoor pool. The fishing lake offers great fishing year-round.
